AP News. Jan. 24, 2020 -- Church documents and the names of sex abuse offenders should not be allowed to be kept secret by religious organizations. We applaud this Alabama decision where the justices rejected arguments, saying they were protected by a rule that shields high-ranking corporate or government officials from testifying about cases in which they have no direct knowledge.
