Alex joined The Zalkin Law Firm in 2011 as a graduate from the Gould School of Law at the University of Southern California. Alex’s practice focuses on representing survivors of campus sexual misconduct in Title IX lawsuits against educational institutions. Alex has litigated, or is currently litigating, cases against educational institutions ranging from elementary school through the university and graduate school level.
Alex is active in both the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego and the Consumer Attorneys of California. He is a recent graduate of the CAOC’s Leadership Academy which selects only a handful of promising attorneys each year to participate in a year long program designed to train future leaders in the plaintiff’s bar. He is also a member of the National Crime Victims’ Bar Association and has presented at multiple NCVBA conferences.
Alex received his undergraduate degree from UCLA where he majored in History and minored in Political Science. Outside of work, you can most likely find Alex training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or hanging out with his wife, Liz, and their three rescue dogs, Oliver (pictured), Benny, and Belle.
